I've been running for a while now, but i recently started using the Nike sensor and the ipod. To see how well i run, or how bad.

I'm doing a 12 week training for a marathon. Hopefully I can run the New York Marathon this year. After seeing the American dude who won it on TV, I was inspired to do it too. Maybe one day I'll win for CHILE!

That's an awesome program! I should really get it. I used to have Nike+ shoes but I ruin my shoes pretty quick with teaching 8 classes a week.

I will definitely have to look into it!

I dont use nike shoes, they are too expensive. There are many cases that you can buy to stick behind your shoelaces. Let's be running buddies, we can have a Idiotechnica weekly challenges.

Oh I thought you HAD to have the shoes. Well heck yes, I'll get this thing then for sure!
Give me a couple weeks to find them.I'm sure sports chek would have it!

if they don't you can always order online
you need a little adapter that goes in your ipod
and the sensor that goes on your shoes.
