Posts: Video Games / pretty good homefront multiplayer video

i wish i was playing instead of pulling my hair out with work.

 I will probably never play this game, but roffle @ the guy's indecisive rambling in the first minute of this video.

yeah. if he was actualy playing while he was talking it would be more forgivable, but he's narrating over replayed footage so its more sad.

homefront multiplayer is actually really good but it is freaking buggy as fuckall. Getting a match takes forever and keeping your party together when finding a match is a crapshoot.  The freezes from time to time suck too.  COD freezes once in a while too, but you know you can be back in a match in less than 3 minutes.  Homefront takes so long to find a match that if it freezes, im done for the day.



i hope they get it figured out before everyone gets jaded with it.  the concepts are pretty fresh.  its nice to have killstreak rewards that you can keep on acheiving without having to purposely die to reset the cycle.  the dedicated servers seems to keep the hit counts fair even when it seems to be lagging. 



if you are only interested in single player, id skip this game altogether.  its fun enough, but you can complete the whole thing in about 4 hours. hardly worth the money.
