Posts: General / Modern Warfare 3 Launch Event in Toronto

There was a huge event for this game's release last night in Toronto at Dundas Square. I was walking by after seeing Noel Gallagher at Massey Hall.   



To the lineup of dudes waiting to purchase the game at midnight, as I asked ``is this the lineup to get a girlfriend?``  which to my surprise was answered with boos. I thought it was pretty funny.

I havent been playing much lately, so i guess ill wait to see what the word is before i bother to buy it if at all.



I dont think i kind of lost interest after the PSN crash. I'm sure I am not the only one. I wonder how that affected the numbers...not the people who went to xbox but the people who were just like fuck it im over this.

By funny I assume you meant going to see either of the Gallagher brothers. Although they put on a pretty damn good show when I was in Rio.

Flavia pre-ordered for me and I got a text to go pick it up. I guess I'll pick it up today but I don't know when I'll play. Probably when Mike or Armando start. I prefer playing with people I know, not the typical idiots that typically populate a map.

ive only gotten feedback from one person and he said that battlefield 3 is better.

i bought battlefield 3 when it came out.  I actually put it in the machine 3 days later.  I played it for an hour. I liked it a lot.  The single player was crap, but the multiplayer was solid, probably the best fps multiplayer ive seen since MW1



but i still havent played it since.



I agree with the black sleep of kali statement.
