There seem to be lots of things missing or that just plain don't work.
That's not a question. Its a statement. It's an honest mistake to be sure, but maybe its a sign that you should start spending more time thinking about how you might improve yourself and a little less time nitpicking every little detail of any given website.

Race Issues In Job Hunting

Nothing new, but this is a well written piece by Michael Luo from the New York Times.

There are interviews from job seekers that actually go out of their way to obfuscate their race on their resumes.

β€œIf they’re going to X me,” Mr. Williams said, β€œI’d like to at least get in the door first.”

It also ponders the question of whether or not there is a backlash from Obama being elected president.

Several interviewed went so far as to say that they believed there was only so much progress that many in the country could take, and that there was now a backlash against blacks.

Luo, he author of this piece was discussing this article and research on NPR today. I enjoyed listening to his commentary. His position was pragmatic and analytical. He at no point made any accusations based on the data. Just pointed out the obviousness of the trends while callers commented on its implications. I always appreciate displayed poise when discussing delicate issues.
